  • How long does the subscription last?

    There is no minimum term for the subscription plan and so can be cancelled month to month. Cancel any time, please note this will result in your website being archived.

  • How reliable is “Extreme Reliability?”

    We're so confident that your website wont go down that we have an Uptime Guarantee! If the downtime reaches below 95% in a month, we'll refund that full months fee!

  • £100 Per additional page, is that one time or monthly?

    The £100 per additional page fee is a one time fee and never again.

  • Do I need to update my website myself?

    Nope! We handle all updates and maintenance for you. If you need changes made, simply let us know, and we'll take care of them. If you're on the subscription plan, monthly edits are included.

  • Can I use my own domain?

    Yes! If you already own a domain, we can link it to your website. If you don't have one, we provide a free domain as part of our package.

  • What is your Refund Policy?

    We'll give you a full refund of any fees paid within the first 30 days of service if you're not 100% satisfied. But we're sure you will be!

  • Do you do Ecommerce?

    We specialize in service based business websites designed to generate leads and grow your brand. We don't currently offer full eCommerce solutions, this is to ensure we provide the best possible service for our core offering.

  • Can I add a blog later if I don't get one at the start?

    Absolutely! If you decide later that you want a blog, we can add one for you at any time for a one-time fee of £250.

  • What Payment Methods do you Accept?

    Invoices can either be paid through our payment provider Stripe, which links to a secure page for adding all major credit and debit cards. Or through bank transfer, to minimise processing fees.
