How long does it take to get my website live?
Depending on the type of website package you choose, you can be online in as little as 2 to 14 working days. We’ll always aim to beat your deadline—if you need it faster, just let us know!

Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! Everything is clearly outlined in our pricing. The only extras would be anything additional you choose to add. We do have a form submission limit of 1,000 per month, which can be increased at £5 per additional thousand.

How long does the subscription last?
There’s no minimum term for any plan—it can be cancelled month to month. Cancel anytime, but please note this will result in your website being archived.

How reliable is “Extreme Reliability”?
We're so confident your site will not go down that we offer an Uptime Guarantee! If uptime drops below 95% in a given month, we’ll refund that month’s fee.

How do I update my website?
Depending on your package, you’ll either have a CRM to manage content yourself, or we’ll handle updates for you. Feel free to ask based on your package type.

Can I use my own domain?
Yes! If you already have a domain, we’ll connect it for you. If not, we include a free domain with all packages.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund of any fees paid within the first 30 days if you're not 100% satisfied. But we’re sure you’ll love it!

Do you do eCommerce?
We offer eCommerce on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested, give us a call, email us, or contact us to go over your needs.

Can I add a blog later if I don't get one at the start?
Absolutely! If you decide to add a blog later, we can set it up at any time for a one-time fee of £250.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most widely used payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. We also accept Direct Debit mandates, and for one-off payments, we allow bank transfers for reduced fees.
