  • How long does it take to get my website live?

    All of our packages are developed within 2 working days of your approval. We’re always 100% committed — so as long as you are too, you’ll be online in no time!

  • What is a “section” exactly?

    A section is a pre-formatted block of your website. With our packages, you get a header/navigation bar, a hero section, and a footer as standard. Depending on your package, you'll then have between 2–8 custom sections to choose from. You'll be able to edit these sections yourself and add whatever content you wish.

  • Are there any hidden fees?

    All of our packages are as transparent as can be. We have no hidden fees whatsoever. We do have a form submission limit of 1,000 per month, which can be increased from as little as £5 per thousand.

  • How long does the subscription last?

    There’s no minimum term for any plan, so it can be cancelled month to month. Cancel anytime — but please note this will result in your website being archived.

  • How reliable is “Extreme Reliability”?

    We're so confident your website will not go down that we offer an Uptime Guarantee! If uptime drops below 95% in any given month, we’ll refund that month's full fee.

  • Can I update my website myself?

    Of course! As part of your onboarding process, we’ll show you how to use our CRM software to edit any text or image on your website. If you ever run into issues, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

  • Can I use my own domain?

    Yes! If you already own a domain, we can link it to your website. If you don’t have one, we provide a free domain with all of our packages.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We’ll give you a full refund of any fees paid within the first 30 days of service if you're not 100% satisfied. But we’re sure you will be!

  • Do you do eCommerce?

    We offer eCommerce on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interested, feel free to give us a call, drop us an email, or contact us to discuss your needs!

  • Can I add a blog later if I don't get one at the start?

    Absolutely! If you decide later that you want a blog, we can add one at any time for a one-time fee of £250.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept most major payment methods — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. We also accept Direct Debit mandates, and for one-off purchases, we allow bank transfers for lower fees.
